Parties to Whom We Disclose Information

As a general rule, we do not disclose information about our clients or former clients to anyone outside the firm. Your information may be disclosed under one of the following exceptions to the general rule:

 

  • To comply with a subpoena or summons.
  • In the course of a state-mandated peer review process conducted by another CPA firm.

 

Within the firm, your information may be disclosed to various employees other than the employee to whom you directly provided the information, for purposes of providing necessary accounting, consulting and tax services to you.
